Areola Restoration Tattoo
My interest in paramedical tattooing truly took shape when Jodi Stoski—an esteemed paramedical tattoo artist and educator—personally reached out to me after seeing my work. She encouraged me to pursue this specialty, believing I had the skill and potential to excel. Inspired by her confidence, I completed her comprehensive certification program and invested countless hours in hands-on practice to refine my technique.
Paramedical tattooing allows us to create hyper-realistic, three-dimensional nipples and areolas using pigments custom-blended to each client’s unique skin tone. The result authentically restores the appearance of the nipple and areola. This procedure is suitable for clients who have had a surgically reconstructed nipple mound as well as those who have chosen not to undergo that stage. For many individuals, this tattooing represents the final step in an often long and emotional healing journey after cancer treatment, mastectomy, and breast reconstruction.
I take great pride in offering an experience that is nurturing, calm, and deeply personal. My goal is for every client who enters my studio to feel valued, supported, and truly cared for. Helping someone reclaim a sense of wholeness and feel beautiful again is not only meaningful work—it is an honour and a privilege.
Providing this service within the Okanagan and surrounding communities is incredibly important, as many people currently need to travel significant distances, sometimes out of province, to access this level of care. I am grateful to help close that gap and to offer a service that can make such a profound difference in someone’s life.
